摘要
按照国家规定,食品检测中需要加强农药残留检测。基于这种认识,本文在分析农药残留危害的基础上,对气相色谱法、液相色谱法等农药残留检测技术展开分析,从而为关注这一话题的人们提供参考。
According to national regulations, it is necessary to strengthen pesticide residue detection in food inspection. Based on this understanding, this paper analyzed the pesticide residue detection techniques used in food detection such as gas chromatography and liquid chromatography on the basis of analyzing pesticide residue hazards, thus providing reference for people concerned about this topic.
