摘要
针对市政污泥的建材化利用,用PFI磨浆机进行磨浆处理,以此为填料制备建筑外墙涂料,研究了磨浆质量浓度和磨浆转速对市政污泥涂料体系的影响。结果表明,得到最优的污泥磨浆条件为:磨浆质量浓度为20%,磨浆转数为1 500 r/min,磨浆转速的提高会降低涂料的黏度、表面张力和透水量,但对涂料体系接触角和附着力具有提升作用,而对涂料的耐水性、耐碱性、硬度无不良影响。
For the building materials utilization of municipal sludge, the PFI refiner is used for refining treatment, and the municipal sewage is used as the pigment to prepare the building exterior wall coating. The influence of refining concentration and refining speed on the municipal sludge coating system is studied. The results show that the optimal sludge refining conditions are: refining concentration is 20%, refining rotation number is 1,500 r/min, and the increase of refining rotation speed will reduce the viscosity value, surface tension and water permeability of the coating, but it can improve the contact angle and adhesion of the coating system and has no adverse effect on the water resistance, alkali resistance and hardness of the coating.
