摘要
为了资源化利用锡矿尾砂,以锡矿尾砂为主要原料制备陶瓷砖,提高尾矿的利用价值。研究了在不同烧成温度和保温时间下,锡矿尾砂的掺入量对陶瓷砖性能的影响,优化工艺参数,结合XRD和SEM分析陶瓷砖的物相和微观形貌。研究结果表明,在优化后的工艺参数(成型压力为50 k N,保温时间为40 min,适宜掺比为40%,烧结温度为1240℃)下,制备出的陶瓷砖吸水率小于0. 5%,破坏强度达到3000 N,满足干压瓷质砖的国家标准。通过SEM和TEM分析陶瓷砖的形貌,观察到存在莫来石针状和叶状晶体,说明陶瓷砖内部出现了晶相的转变。锡矿尾砂的掺量可以达到40%~50%,可以得到大规模地运用。
In order to utilize the tailings of tin mines for resource utilization,ceramic bricks are prepared with tin tailings as the main raw material to improve the utilization value of tailings. The effects of the amount of tin tailings on the properties of ceramic tiles at different firing temperatures and holding times were studied. The process parameters were optimized,and the phase and microstructure of ceramic tiles were analyzed by XRD and SEM. The research results show that under the optimized process parameters( forming pressure is 50 kN,holding time is 40 min,suitable mixing ratio is 40%,sintering temperature is 1240 ℃),the prepared ceramic brick has a water absorption of less than 0. 5% and the breaking strength is reached 3000 N, meeting the national standards for dry pressed porcelain tiles. The morphology of the ceramic tiles was analyzed by SEM and TEM,and the presence of mullite needle-like and leaf-like crystals was observed,indicating that the crystal phase transformation occurred inside the ceramic tiles. The amount of tin tailings can reach 40%-50%,which can be used on a large scale.
