摘要

目的探究糖皮质激素配合扩血管药物在突发性耳聋治疗中的临床疗效。方法选取我院2017年10月～2018年10月收治的62例突发性耳聋患者作为研究对象,将所有患者随机分成对照组和实验组两组,各31例;其中对照组患者给予糖皮质激素治疗,实验组患者在对照组的基础上加用扩血管药物治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、眩晕恢复率和耳鸣恢复率。结果对照组患者的治疗总有效率为77.4%,实验组患者的治疗总有效率为93.5%,实验组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者眩晕恢复率和耳鸣恢复率均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用糖皮质激素配合扩血管药物治疗突发性耳聋,临床疗效显著,有效改善患者耳鸣、眩晕情况,值得在临床推广。
        Objective To investigate the clinical effect of glucocorticoid combined with vasodilator in the treatment of sudden deafness. Methods 62 patients with sudden deafness admitted in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into two groups:control group and experimental group. The patients in the control group were treated with glucocorticoid,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with vasodilators on the basis of the control group. The clinical effect,vertigo recovery rate and tinnitus recovery rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 77.4 in the control group and 77.4 in the experimental group. The total effective rate of the patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The recovery rate of vertigo and tinnitus in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Glucocorticoid combined with vasodilator in the treatment of sudden deafness is effective in improving tinnitus and vertigo.
