摘要
基于山东省交通科学研究院2005-2016年近12a沥青检测数据库,选取了近1800组沥青(道路石油70号、SBS (I-D)沥青)检测样本进行统计,系统分析道路石油沥青及SBS改性沥青的关键性控制指标及沥青各指标在近12a检测统计阶段的变化;分析认为,目前石油沥青、SBS改性沥青性能发生了重大变化,现行公路工程施工技术规范对部分沥青规定过于宽泛,从区域性道路工程应用角度对动力黏度、质量损失、改性沥青软化点及布氏黏度等技术指标予以调整;同时结合公路工程施工技术规范对优化道路石油沥青70A级及SBS (I-D)技术指标进行了优化,为将来技术规范的修订提供依据。
Based on the asphalt detection database of the last 12 years, from 2005 to 2016 in Shandong province, this paper selected nearly 1800 asphalt samples(70# petroleum asphalt and SBS(I-D) asphalt)to mathematical statistics. Our purpose is to fully study the changes of various indexes of asphalt in different detection stages reasonably and effectively. As a statistic unit every three years, this paper divides the total of 12 detection natural years into four tests from 2005 to 2016. The paper analyzes the key control indexes of petroleum asphalt and SBS modified asphalt as well as the indexes changes in the past 12 years. The analysis shows that due to the change of traffic conditions and market demands, asphalt performance indicators have undergone significant changes. The current highway construction technical specifications are not precisely enough for quality evaluation. Therefore, from the perspective of regional road engineering applications, several important technical indicators including dynamic viscosity, quality loss, modified asphalt softening point and Brookfield viscosity ought to be adjusted. Meanwhile, combining with highway construction technical specifications, this paper optimize some petroleum asphalt 70A and SBS(ID) technical indicators claim for the 1-3 climate zone.
