红花黄色素注射液联合西药治疗不稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效探析

摘要
目的评价红花黄色素注射液联合西药治疗不稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选取2016年2月—2017年2月该院收治的不稳定性心绞痛患者100例,采用随机数字表法的分组形式将其平均分为两组,即实验组与对照组,每组均50例。对照组行欣康、三硝酸异山梨酯以及拜阿司匹林、琥珀酸美托洛尔治疗,实验组在此基础上联合采用红花黄色素注射液治疗,对比两组治疗效果、治疗前后心绞痛发作频次与持续时间指标。结果经过调查对照组的治疗效果为80.0%,实验组为98.0%,对照组低于实验组(χ~2=8.273 7,P=0.004 0)。两组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗前心绞痛发作频次为(7.1±1.1)次/周,持续时间为(6.5±1.1)min。对照组心绞痛发作频次为(7.2±1.2)次/周,持续时间为(6.6±1.3)min(t=0.434 3,P=0.665 0、t=0.415 2,P=0.678 9),两组数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗之后实验组心绞痛发作频次为(2.1±0.3)次/周,持续时间为(2.2±0.3)min,对照组心绞痛发作频次为(4.2±1.3)次/周,持续时间为(3.9±1.3)min(t=11.129 9,P=0.000 0、t=9.009 9,P=0.000 0)。实验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在不稳定性心绞痛治疗的过程中,采用红花黄色素注射液联合西药治疗,能够加快康复速度,减少心绞痛的发作次数,具有较高的推广价值。
Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of safflower yellow injection combined with western medicine in treatment of unstable angina. Methods 100 cases of patients with unstable angina admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each, the control group were treated with xinkang, isosorbide trinitrate, baiaspirin and metoprolol succinate, while the experimental group were treated with safflower yellow injection on the basis of the control group, and the angina attack frequency and duration index before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After investigation, the treatment effect in the control group and the experimental group was respectively 80.0% and 98.0%, and the index in the control group was lower than that in the experimental group(χ~2=8.273 7, P=0.004 0), and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05), before treatment, the angina attack frequency before treatment and duration in the experimental group and in the control group were respectively(7.1±1.1)times/week,(6.5±1.1) min and(7.2±1.2)times/week and(6.6±1.3) min(t=0.434 3,P=0.665 0, t=0.415 2,P=0.678 9), without statistical significance(P>0.05), after treatment, the angina attack frequency in the experimental group and duration in the experimental group and in the control group were respectively(2.1±0.3)times/week,(2.2±0.3) min and(4.2±1.3)times/week,(3.9±1.3)min(t=11.129 9,P=0.000 0, t=9.009 9,P=0.000 0), and the indexes in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The safflower yellow injection combined with western medicine in treatment of unstable angina can accelerate the recovery rate, and reduce the attack frequency of angina, and it is of higher promotion value.
