确定天云煤矿开拓方案的路径

摘要
合理的开拓方式有利于矿井生产和管理,探究开拓方案确定的过程路径是矿井建设的重要环节。以井田内地形切割破碎、沟壑纵横、黄土梁峁地貌为主的天云煤矿为例,从征地费用、煤层埋深、外运距离、场地压煤量、场地土方量、防洪工程投资以及生产运营费用等方面分析了矿井工业场地的选择;在满足井田开拓方式确定主要原则的情况下,结合3个可选场地位置及井下开拓部署方式,提出3个开拓方案并详细论述,且从经济和技术层面综合分析比较,最终确定了有征地费用相对较低、外运条件好、建井工期短等优势的开拓方案。结果表明,该方案的确定流程和方法对类似矿井建设具有一定借鉴意义。
Reasonable development mode is beneficial to mine production and management.Taking Tianyun Coal Mine with complex topography and geomorphology as an example,the selection of mine industrial sites was analyzed from the aspects of land expropriation cost,coal seam burial depth,outward transportation distance,site occupancy resources,site earthwork,investment in flood control project and production and operation cost.Under the condition of meeting the main principle of minefield development mode,combined with three optional site locations and underground development methods,three development modes were put forward.Based on the comprehensive analysis and comparison of economy and technology,the development plan with the advantages of low land expropriation cost,good transportation conditions and short construction period was finally determined.The practice shows that the determination process and method of development mode have certain reference significance for similar mine construction.
