摘要
本试验旨在探明内蒙古地区生鲜乳中硫氰酸钠(SCN)的含量,为生鲜乳中SCN的限量规定提供数据参考。试验检测了内蒙古地区2013—2017年10个盟/市2 443批次生鲜乳中的SCN含量。结果表明:1)内蒙古地区2013—2017年2 443批次生鲜乳中SCN含量均有不同程度地检出,检出范围在0~12.00 mg/kg,生鲜乳中SCN含量平均值在1.67~3.79 mg/kg,呈逐年下降趋势;其中2013年生鲜乳中SCN含量平均值显著高于2014年、2015年和2017年(P<0.05),2014年和2015年生鲜乳中SCN含量平均值显著高于2017年(P<0.05),2013—2017年生鲜乳中SCN含量平均值为2.75 mg/kg; SCN检出率在32.20%~99.09%,呈逐年下降趋势,SCN的平均检出率为78.14%。2)内蒙古地区10个盟/市生鲜乳中SCN含量平均值在1. 79~5.81 mg/kg;锡林郭勒盟生鲜乳中SCN含量平均值显著高于除乌兰察布市的其他盟/市(P <0.05);呼伦贝尔市生鲜乳中SCN含量检出的最大值最高,为12. 00 mg/kg;包头市和鄂尔多斯市生鲜乳中SCN检出率最高,为100.00%。由此可见,内蒙古地区生鲜乳中SCN含量和检出率呈逐年下降的趋势,不存在外源添加的风险隐患,各盟/市生鲜乳中SCN含量不同。
        The objective of this experiment was to find out the content of sodium thiocyanate (SCN) in rawmilk in Inner M ongolia area,to provide the data reference of limited provision of SCN in rawmilk. The contents of SCN in 2 443 batches rawmilk which came from 10 cities/leagues in Inner M ongolia area during 2013 to 2017 were detected. The results showed as follows: 1) the contents of SCN in 2 443 batches rawmilk in Inner M ongolia area during 2013 to 2017 were all detected in varying degree,the detection range was 0 to12.00 mg/kg,the average content of SCN in rawmilk was 1.67 to 3. 79 mg/kg,which showed a decreased trend year by year. The average content of SCN in rawmilk in 2013 was significantly higher than that in 2014,2015 and 2017 (P< 0. 05),and the average content of SCN in rawmilk in 2014 and 2015 was significantly higher than that in 2017 (P < 0. 05),the average content of SCN in rawmilk during 2013 to 2017 was2.75 mg/kg. The detection rate of SCN was 32. 20% to 99. 09%,which showed a decreased trend year by year,and the average detection rate of SCN was 78. 14%. 2) The average content of SCN in rawmilk was1.79 to 5.81 mg/kg in 10 cities/leagues in Inner M ongolia area. The average content of SCN in rawmilk in Xilingol league was significantly higher than that in other cities/leagues except Ulanqab city (P < 0. 05). The detected maximum value of SCN content in rawmilk in Hulun buir city was the highest,which was 12 mg/kg;the detection rate of SCN in Baotou city and Ordos city was the highest,which was 100.00%. In conclusion,the content and detection rate of SCN in rawmilk in Inner Mongolia area showa downward trend year by year,and there is no risk in exogenous addition,the contents of SCN in rawmilk are difference in different cities/leagues.
