摘要
目的:研究听觉统合训练(auditory integration training,AIT)对孤独症谱系障碍(autism spectrum disorder,ASD)的临床疗效。方法:选择44例2.5~6.0岁的ASD患儿做为研究对象,分为听统组21例和对照组23例,听统组应用AIT加综合干预方法,对照组仅用综合干预方法。采用孤独症行为量表(Autism behavior checklist,ABC)、儿童孤独症评定量表(Childhood Autism Rating Scale,CARS)及相关发育障碍心理教育评定量表中文修订版(China Psycho Educational Profile,C-PEP)评定临床疗效。结果:治疗4周时两组患儿的ABC量表和CARS量表得分均下降,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗12周时,与对照组相比,听统组的ABC量表总得分显著下降(t=-2.044,P<0.05),尤其是感觉因子和生活自理能力因子得分显著下降,差异有统计学意义(t=-2.056,-2.075,P<0.05);听统组的CARS量表总得分也下降显著,差异有统计学意义(t=-2.066,P<0.05)。研究结束时,AIT组的C-PEP测评升高,月当量较对照组的显著升高,差异有统计学意义(t=2.300,P<0.05)。结论:AIT对ASD患儿治疗有效,可以改善患儿的感觉异常,提高患儿的生活自理能力。因此,AIT是一项干预ASD患儿的有效措施。
        Objective:To study the clinical effect of auditory integration training(AIT)on Autism Spectrum Disorder(ASD)patients.Methods:A total of 44 cases of 2.5-6.0 years old of children with ASD as the research object,were divided into auditory group with 21 cases and control group with 23 cases.Comprehensive intervention method combined with AIT treatment was used in auditory group,the only comprehensive intervention method was used in control group.Autism behaviors checklists(ABC),Childhood Autism Rating Scale(CARS)and China Psycho Educational Profile(C-PEP)were used to assess the clinical effect.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of ABC scale and CARS scale of the two groups decreased,but the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,compared with the control group,the ABC scale score of the auditory group significantly decreased(t=-2.044,P<0.05).In particular,the scores of sensory factor and self-care ability were significantly decreased(t=-2.056,-2.075,P<0.05),and the total score of CARS in auditory group also decreased significantly(t=-2.066,P<0.05).At the end of the study,the C-pep in the AIT group increased significantly than that in the control group(t=2.300,P<0.05).Conclusion:AIT is effective in the treatment of children with ASD,it can modify their sensory abnormalities and improve their ability to take care of themselves.Therefore,AIT is an effective measure to interfere with ASD.
