摘要

目的探究中医护理对肾病透析患者免疫功能及并发症的影响。方法从2014.07-2016.07时段进入本院行血液透析的慢性肾衰竭患者中随机选取86例分为参照组(经常规护理,n=43)、观察组(常规护理+中医护理,n=43),回顾分析2组护理前/后免疫功能、炎性因子的变化及并发症发生率。结果 1)护理3个月后,观察组CD4~+高于参照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05);且CD4~+/CD8~+高于参照组,但组间比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。2)护理3个月后,观察组IL-10水平高于参照组,组间差异显著;且IL-6水平低于参照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。3)观察组、参照组并发症发生率分别为20.93%、46.51%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论临床上,为肾病透析患者提供中医护理可以有效改善患者免疫功能及炎性因子水平,减少并发症的发生,促进患者恢复健康。
        objective: to explore the nursing of TCM on the immune function of patients with kidney dialysis and complications. Methods: line enter in our hospital from 2014.07 to 2016.07 times of hemodialysis in patients with chronic renal failure randomly selected 86 cases were divided into control group(43) by conventional nursing, n =, the observation group(routine nursing + Chinese medicine nursing, n = 43), retrospective analysis two groups care before/after the change of immune function and inflammatory factor and incidence of complications. Results: 1) nursing after 3 months, the observation group of CD4~+ was higher than control group, significant difference between groups(P < 0.05); And CD4 ~+/CD8~+ is higher than the control group, but was no significant difference between groups(P > 0.05). After 3 months, 2) nursing observation group of IL-10 levels higher than the control group, significant difference between groups. And IL-6 level is lower than the control group, significant difference between groups(P < 0.05). 3) the complication rate of observation group and control group were 20.93%, 46.51%, significant difference(P < 0.05). Conclusion: clinically, the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine for kidney dialysis patients to nursing can improve the patient's immune function and inflammatory factor levels, reduce complications, promote patients recover.
