挛三针配合经筋排刺治疗中风后上肢痉挛临床研究

摘要
目的:探讨挛三针配合经筋排刺治疗中风后上肢痉挛的临床效果。方法选取符合标准的中风合并上肢痉挛患者120例,采用随机数字表法将所选研究资料随机分为治疗组与实验组,每组各60例。实验组行常规针刺治疗;治疗组行挛三针配合经筋排刺治疗,均治疗2个疗程,比较2组治疗前后MAS、CSI评级、FMA评分及疗效差异。结果:治疗组总有效率96.67%显著高于实验组85.00%。治疗后2组MAS、CSI分级、FMA评分与治疗前相较均显示统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后MAS、CSI分级、FMA评分与实验组相较均具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:挛三针配合经筋排刺可有效减轻中风患者上肢痉挛症状,改善患者肌张力和上肢运动功能,疗效确切,临床价值显著。
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of the treatment of upper limb paralysis after stroke with the three needles combined with the Jingjin needling.Methods: A total of 120 patients with stroke and upper extremity paralysis were selected.The selected study data were randomly divided into treatment group and experimental group by random number table,with 60 cases in each group.The experimental group received routine acupuncture treatment.The treatment group was treated with three needles combined with Jingjin needling,and both treatments were treated.The MAS,CSI score,FMA score and efficacy difference were compared before and after treatment.Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the experimental group(85.00%).After treatment,the MAS,CSI grade,and FMA scores of the two groups showed statistical differences(P<0.05).The MAS,CSI grade,and FMA scores of the treatment group were significantly different from those of the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The three needles combined with the Jingjin needling can effectively alleviate the symptoms of upper limb paralysis in stroke patients and improve the muscle tension and upper limb motor function.The curative effect is clear and the clinical value is significant.
