摘要
通过对山西省隰县235名特岗教师进行问卷调查,并对部分学校领导和教师进行访谈,调查特岗教师流动情况与原因,结果表明:特岗教师流动比例呈逐年上升的趋势,且流动方向较集中,主要是回户籍地工作和流向城市。流动原因主要是工资待遇低、婚恋困难、工作和生活条件艰苦等。减少特岗教师流动,可采取以下对策:完善特岗教师的分配制度,减少流动数量;改善特岗教师的工作与生活条件;公平对待特岗教师,建立科学合理的评价与激励机制;加强特岗教师培训,加快其专业成长。
A questionnaire was administered to 235 specially contracted teachers and an interview was conducted of some school leaders and teachers in Xixian County,Shanxi Province,with the aim of investigating the flow of specially contracted teachers and its causes. The results show that the flow proportion of teachers is increasing year by year,and the flow direction is relatively concentrated,mainly returning back to theirnative homeor flowing to the citydue to such external reasons as low pay,difficulty in love and marriage and harsh working and living conditions.The main reasons of flow are low pay,difficulty in love and marriage and harsh working and living conditions. To reduce the flow of specially contracted teachers,the following measures can be adopted: improving the distribution system of specially contracted teachers to reduce the number of flow;improving the working and living conditions of specially contracted teachers;treating specially contractedteachers fairly by establishing a scientific and reasonable evaluation and incentive mechanism;and strengthening the training of specially contracted teachers to accelerate their professional growth.
