正念训练改善个体负性情绪和觉知压力的对照研究

摘要
目的:探讨8周正念训练对寻求减压个体负性情绪的改善效果和觉知压力在其中所起到的调节作用。方法:通过微信公众号等方式招募寻求减压的被试120名,随机分配至正念训练组(n=59)和等待对照组(n=61)。正念训练组进行8周正念训练干预,等待对照组不予干预,后测完成后给予连续两天的补偿训练。在基线及8周干预后施测五因素正念度量表(FFMQ)、简明心境量表简版(POMS-SF)、觉知压力量表(CPSS)。结果:正念训练组在8周正念训练后FFMQ总分[(112.7±16.4) vs.(128.3±15.5),P<0.001]、负性维度总分[(50.3±16.1)vs.(45.6±16.2),P<0.05]和CPSS总分[(27.2±7.9)vs.(24.6±7.8),P<0.01]均低于基线。Bootstrap分析显示,基线期的CPSS总分对8周正念训练干预总体负性情绪(95%CI=0.04~0.40,P<0.05)、抑郁沮丧的效果有调节作用(95%CI=0.07~1.51,P<0.05)。结论:8周正念训练能缓解个体的负性情绪。基线期觉知压力水平可以调节正念干预抑郁、沮丧和负性总分的效果。
        Objective:To investigate the effect of 8-week mindfulness training on the negative emotions of people with stress,and further explore the moderating effect of perceived stress in the intervention effects.Methods:Totally 120 participants seeking stress reduction were recruited by WeChat public account,randomly assigned to the mindfulness training group(n=59) and waiting for the control group(n=61).The mindfulness training group conducted an 8-week mindfulness training intervention.The waiting group had not intervention,and giving two consecutive days of compensation training after the completion of the post-test.Before and after the intervention,all participants completed questionnaires including the Five Facets Mindfulness Scale(FFMQ),Profile of Mood States-Short Form(POMS-SF),and Chinese Perceived Stress Scale(CPSS).Results:The subjects in the intervention group showed significantly increased FFMQ total scores [(112.7±16.4) vs.(128.3±15.5),P<0.001],and significantly reduction of total scores of POMS-SF negative emotions [(50.3±16.1)vs.( 45.6±16.2),P<0.05] and CPSS [(27.2±7.9)vs.(24.6±7.8),P<0.01] after 8-week mindfulness training.The CPSS Total scores at baseline significantly moderated the POMS-SF negative total scores(95%CI=0.04-0.40,P<0.05)and depression-dejection scores(95%CI=0.07-1.51,P<0.05) during 8 weeks of mindfulness training intervention.Conclusion:It suggests that 8-week of mindfulness training could significantly alleviate individuals' negative emotions.Perceived stress scores at baseline significantly moderated the effects of mindfulness interventions on depression-dejection and negative scores.
