窄间隙激光焊接研究现状及进展

摘要
在大型石油化工、核电安装等领域组对管道或板件在焊接过程中间隙较窄,这会给焊接带来困难,而窄间隙激光焊接作为未来焊接技术的重要发展趋势正是解决这一难题的有效途径。主要介绍了窄间隙激光自熔焊、窄间隙激光填丝焊和窄间隙激光热丝焊接的国内外研究现状及进展,并提出了窄间隙焊接的研究方向。
        In the field of large-scale petrochemical industry, nuclear power installation and other fields, the gap between group pipes or plates in the welding process is narrow, which causes difficulties in the welding process. Narrow gap laser welding is an important development trend of welding technology in the future, which is an effective way to solve the above problem. The present situation and research progress of narrow gap laser self-fusion welding, narrow gap laser filling wire welding and narrow gap laser hot wire welding in China and foreign countries were introduced. The research direction of narrow gap welding was also put forward.
