摘要
以航天地面电源为研究对象,开展了高加速寿命试验的应用研究。首先,介绍了高加速寿命试验的特性、目的和优点;然后,通过实际的高加速寿命试验阐述了试验剖面设计及被试验产品工作极限的确定方法;最后,对传统的可靠性试验与高加速寿命试验的结果进行了对比分析。结果表明,与传统的可靠性试验相比,高加速寿命试验具有绝对的优势。
Taking the aerospace ground power supply as the research object,the application research of highly accelerated life testing is carried out.Firstly,the characteristics,purpose and advantages of highly accelerated life testing are introduced.Then,the test section design and the determination method of the working limit of the tested product are explained by the actual highly accelerated life testing.Finally,the results of traditional reliability testing and highly accelerated life testing are compared.The results show that compared with traditional reliability testing,highly accelerated life testing has an absolute advantage.
