摘要
为研究废陶瓷对混凝土力学性能的影响,选取了六种不同状态的废陶瓷以0、45%、50%、55%、60%、65%、70%、75%、100%的取代率等质量替换天然石子,共制作了294个废陶瓷混凝土抗压试件和抗折试件,养护28 d后分别测试其抗压强度和抗折强度。通过对试验数据的分析,研究了不同废陶瓷取代率对混凝土抗压强度和抗折强度的影响,并运用回归分析方法建立了不同废陶瓷取代率下废陶瓷混凝土抗压强度和抗折强度的预测公式。
        In order to study the effect of waste ceramics on the mechanical properties of concrete, a systematic study was conducted to replace natural stones with mass such as 0, 45%, 50%, 55%, 60%, 65%, 70%, 75%, 100% replacement rate. Six kinds of waste ceramics in different states were selected to make a total of 294 standard compressive and standard flexural specimens of waste ceramic concrete. After curing for 28 days, the standard compressive strength and flexural strength were tested respectively. Based on the analysis of experimental data, the effects of different replacement rates of waste ceramics on the standard compressive strength and flexural strength were studied. The regression analysis method is used to establish the prediction formula of the standard compressive strength and flexural strength of the waste ceramic concrete with different replacement rates.
