摘要

钢铁企业是国家重工业发展的重要组成部分,是重要的支柱产业,在全球经济一体化的步伐之下,钢铁企业受到的冲击最为严重,改善钢铁企业的招标采购管理迫在眉睫。论文对钢铁企业加强招标采购管理的策略进行了深入的探究与分析,并提出了合理的优化措施。
        Iron and steel enterprises are an important part of the development of national heavy industry and an important pillar industry. With the pace of global economic integration, iron and steel enterprises have been impacted most seriously, and it is extremely urgent to improve the bidding and procurement management of iron and steel enterprises. This paper makes an in-depth exploration and analysis of the strategies for steel enterprises to strengthen bidding and procurement management, and puts forward reasonable optimization measures.
