摘要

正确评价教师的教学工作质量和能力,不仅真实反映教师的教学水平,而且还可以促进教师不断进步。研究中等职业学校教师教学工作评价体系,有助于落实国家职业教育的发展规划和教育部文件精神,有助于反映教师的实际教学能力,有助于提升学校的教学管理水平。
        Correct evaluation of the quality and ability of teachers' teaching work not only reflects the teaching level of teachers,but also promotes the continuous improvement of teachers.Studying the evaluation system of teachers' teaching work in secondary vocational schools is helpful to implement the development plan of the national vocational education and the spirit of the documents of the Ministry of Education,which helps to reflect the actual teaching ability of teachers and helps to improve the teaching management level of the school.
