摘要
五日生化需氧量是衡量水质中有机物质污染程度的一个重要指标,在测定过程中易受到水样的保存、温度和pH值、溶解氧、稀释水等因素的影响,导致检测结果出现误差。文章介绍了五日生化需氧量的测定方法、原理以及测定五日生化需氧量的影响因素,并提出相应的解决方法。
Five-day biochemical oxygen demand(BOD) is an important index to measure the pollution degree of organic substances in water quality. In the process of determination, BOD is easily affected by water sample preservation, temperature and pH value, dissolved oxygen, diluted water and other factors, resulting in errors in test results. This paper introduces the measuring method and principle of five-day biochemical oxygen demand(BOD) and the influencing factors of BOD determination,and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
