信息生态视域下高校大学生数据素养评价研究

摘要
【目的/意义】构建基于信息生态的高校学生数据素养评价指标体系,并运用实证方法对指标体系进行验证,旨在为我国高校学生数据素养提升提供参考和借鉴。【方法/过程】通过文献收集、问卷调查和BP神经网络方法,以高校本科学生为研究样本,从信息、信息技术和信息环境三个维度对学生的数据素养进行了评价。【结果/结论】研究结果表明,学生的数据知识、数据评价、数据获取以及数据处理能力得分要高于其他能力,这是在提升数据素养能力时需要优先考虑的方面;其次,在数据素养能力的培养和提升过程中,应当给予数据素养教育足够的重视,高校和其他资源平台要能够为学生提供充足的、选择多样的数据素养培训课程,并且在培养学生各种实际数据能力的同时,要重视引导学生对数据伦理和道德的遵守,以利于构建良好的数据生态。
【Purpose/significance】By building an evaluation index system of college students' data literacy based on information ecology and using empirical methods to verify the index system, this paper aims to provide references for the improvement of college students' data literacy in China.【Method/process】Based on literature collection, questionnaire survey and BP neural network, this paper evaluates the data literacy of undergraduate students from three dimensions of information, information technology and information environment, which is of certain value in both theoretical and practical aspects.【Result/conclusion】] The results show that among all kinds of data literacy abilities, students' scores of data knowledge, data evaluation, data acquisition and data processing ability are higher than those of other abilities.Secondly, in the process of cultivating and improving data literacy ability, enough attention should be paid to data ethics and data literacy education. Universities and other platforms should be able to provide students with sufficient and diversified data literacy training courses.In addition, while cultivating students' practical operation abilities, it is necessary to guide them to abide by data ethics and morality, so as to facilitate the construction of a good data ecology.
