论国际分工市场失效与重构全球价值链——新兴经济体的企业升级理论构建
摘要
在经济全球化背景下,新兴经济体企业以什么方式融入世界经济是一个极其重要并影响未来世界经济格局的问题。许多处于全球价值链低端的新兴经济体企业充分利用自己的优势,实现转型升级,成为在全球范围整合资源的主导企业。结合企业实践和理论探讨,运用归纳与演绎相结合的方法,对现有的全球价值链理论以及由发达国家企业主导的国际分工观点提出挑战,提出重构全球价值链的概念并进行理论构建。主要观点包括:全球价值链的主导者,从初期的发达国家企业,到新兴经济体优秀企业演变的过程;其内外部驱动因素,主要有全球价值链高端存在巨大利润空间、新兴经济体自身巨大的市场空间及其企业家精神与创新驱动;存在多种转型升级路径,如从价值链低端向品牌营销、研发设计等高端环节延伸,提升原本生产制造环节的附加值;重构全球价值链导致全球竞争格局发生结构变化的三个方面;形成分析框架与理论体系。重构全球价值链为新兴经济体企业转型升级提供了理论解释。
