摘要
目的:研究右心室功能的心脏MR成像评价。方法:选取30例健康的患者,其中男16例,女14例,年龄19~38岁。使用德国Siemens公司SomatonAera1.5T磁共振机进行右心室短轴电影成像,使用Argus 4D VF心室功能软件分别测量了右心室射血分数(EF)、舒张末期容积(EDV)、收缩末期容积(ESV)、心搏出量(SV)、心排出量(CO)、舒张末期心肌质量(MMED)、平均心肌质量(MMAVG)。使用SPSS 20.0软件统计测量参数值的均值(■)和标准差(SD),应用独立样本检验男女两组的差异显著性,采用Pearson相关分析检验有关参数的相关系数,以P<0.05为差异显著。结果:30例均完成了右心室功能的心脏MR成像。右心室功能的心脏MRI测量正常值如下:EF=38.24±8.46(%),EDV=101.78±31.02(ml),ESV=66.14±21.16(ml),MMED=59.89±18.22(g),MMAVG=63.60±19.37(g),上述测量值在男女两组比较无显著性差异(F=0.028~3.764,P>0.05),SV在男性组为41.38±15.05(ml),女性组为29.06±8.38(ml)(F=5.832,P=0.023);CO在男性组为3.03±0.97(l/min),女性组为2.08±0.58(l/min)(F=4.270,P=0.048),SV和CO在男女两组间有显著性差异。通过Penrson相关检验,男性组SV与CO(r=0.918,P=0.000),SV与体重(r=0.420,P=0.105),CO与体重(r=0.353,P=0.179);女性组SV与CO(r=0.933,P=0.001),SV与体重(r=0.153,P=0.602),CO与体重(r=0.061,P=0.836)。结论:右心室功能MR成像的EF、EDV、ESV、MMED和MMAVG测量值在男女两组间无差异,而SV和CO测量中存在显著性差异,故应分别参照有关测量值进行右心室功能测评。
        Objective:To study cardiac MRI evaluation of the right ventricular function. Methods: 30 cases of healthy volunteers(male=16, female=14, age range 19-38 years, mean age=27.21 years) were underwent the right ventricular short axis cine imaging on siemens 1.5 T SomatonAera magnetic resonace system.By using Argus 4 D VF ventricular function software, EF, EDV, ESV, SV, CO, MMED, MMAVG of the right ventricle were measured respectively. By using SPSS 20.0 software,the mean(■) and standard deviation( SD) of mearment values mentioned above were abtained. The statistically significant differences were performed by independent samptes test, and the correlation between some measured values was evaluated by Pearson correlation analysis. P<0.05 was defined the signiffecant difference. Resalts:Cariac MRI of right ventricular function was obtained in 30 cases. Normal values of the right ventricular function were as following : EF=38.24±8.46(%), EDV=101.78±31.02(ml), ESV=66.14±22.16(ml), MMED=59.89±18.22(g), MMAVG=63.60±19.37(g), which values were no any difference for two gender groups(F=0.028~3.764, all P>0.05). There were significant differences on SV and CO for two gender groups. SV were 41.38±15.05(ml) and 29.06±8.38(ml) for male group and female group respectively(F=5.832, P=0.023), CO were 3.03±0.97(l/min) and 2.08±0.58(l/min) for male group and female group respectively(F=4.270, P=0.048).(r=0.918, p=0.000),(r=0.420, p=0.105) and(r=0.353, p=0.179) for SV with CO, SV with weight, CO with weight in male group, and(r=0.933, p=0.001),(r=0.153, p=0.602) and(r=0.061, p=0.836) for SV with CO, SV with weight, CO with weight in female group were showed by Pearson corretation analysis. Conclasion: There are no any difference in EF, EDV, ESV, MMED and MMAVG on cardiac MRI of the right ventricular function for two gender groups, but there are significant diffirences in SV and CO measurement, which will be useful for cardiac MRI evaluation of the right ventricular function.
