摘要
很多起重生产设备厂家需要对其产品进行功能性测试,但是目前市场上测试仪器相对简陋,测试功能单一,测试精度低,而且自身的安全性能差,自动化程度低。采用意法半导体STM32F103VB6的ARM芯片开发一款多功能智能起重设备测试仪,经现场实际运行,不仅大大提高了测试精度,而且提高了工作效率。
Many hoisting equipment manufacturers need to conduct functional testing on their products.However,the testing instruments on the market are relatively simple at present,with single testing function,low testing accuracy,poor safety performance and low automation.In this paper,ARM chip of STM32 F103 VB6 is used to develop a multi-functional intelligent hoisting equipment tester,which can not only greatly improve the test accuracy,but also improve the working efficiency.
