摘要

BIM(建筑信息模型)技术是结合虚拟现实、计算机辅助设计和计算机仿真的技术。算法利用三维建模实现施工流程的动态化管理,从而优化施工方案,对保证施工经济性及科学性具有重要的意义,文章对基于BIM及虚拟现实技术的建筑工程优化进行分析。
        In the process of accelerating informatization, the construction industry has also applied computer technology as the basis of application technology, such as BIM. BIM technology is a combination of virtual reality, computer-aided design and computer simulation technology, it uses 3 D modeling to realize the dynamic management of construction process, thus optimize the construction plan. It is of great significance to ensure the economic and scientific construction. Based on these, this paper analyzes the optimization of building engineering based on BIM and virtual reality technology.
