摘要
矿山输送系统的自动化程度在很大程度上影响了矿区工作效率,虽然近年来许多矿业公司引进了配套的自动控制输送系统,但是从实际应用效果看,还存在自动化程度较低、系统运行稳定性不高、容易发生故障等问题。本文分别从控制模式、硬件及软件组成方面,概述了矿山输送系统自动控制的实现路径,随后结合某矿业公司实例,就该自动控制输送系统的应用效果进行了简要分析。
The automation degree of mine conveying system affects the working efficiency of mining area to a great extent.Although many mining companies have introduced the matching automatic control conveying system in recent years, from the practical application effect, there are still some problems such as low automation degree, low stability of system operation and easy to break down. This paper outlines the realization path of automatic control of mine conveying system from the aspects of control mode, hardware and software composition respectively. Then, combined with an example of a mining company, the application effect of the automatic control conveying system is briefly analyzed.
