摘要

目的:探讨医护一体化联合护理质量管理五级控制体系在加速康复外科中的应用效果。方法:将1850例骨科疾病患者随机分为执行组(970例)和对照组(880例),对照组按照优质护理医护一体化进行护理干预,执行组则执行医护一体化模式配合护理质量管理五级控制体系,比较两组患者住院满意率、住院时间及并发症发生情况。结果:执行组住院满意率显著高于对照组,住院时间显著短于对照组,并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0. 05)。结论:医护一体化联合护理质量管理五级控制体系在加速康复外科中的应用能缩短住院时间,降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。
        Objective: To investigate the application effect of integrated nursing care combined with five-level control system of nursing quality management in fast track surgery. Methods: 1850 cases of patients with orthopaedic disease were randomly divided into execution group(n=970) and control group(n=880), the control group accepted high-quality nursing according to integrated nursing care mode, while execution group implemented integrated nursing care combined with five-level control system of nursing quality management, compared their hospitalization satisfaction, hospitalization time and incidence of complications. Results: The hospitalization satisfaction of execution group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05), hospitalization time was shorter and complication incidence was lower than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of integrated nursing care combined with five-level control system of nursing quality management in fast track surgery can shorten the hospitalization time, decrease incidence of complications and improve the nursing satisfaction.
