育龄期非口腔专业医护人员口腔保健知识、态度、行为调查

摘要
[目的]了解育龄期非口腔专业医护人员口腔保健知识、态度、行为习惯的状况。[方法]采用自行设计的调查问卷对育龄期非口腔专业医护人员的口腔保健知识、态度、行为习惯进行调查,并以在本院口腔门诊就诊的育龄期女患者作为对照。[结果]本次调查育龄期非口腔专业医护人员123人、门诊患者166人,两组口腔保健总的知识知晓率分别是87. 0%和72. 6%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=193. 297,P <0. 05);两组人群对待口腔保健态度积极;育龄期非口腔专业医护人员和门诊患者口腔保健总体行为习惯差异有统计学意义(t=7. 874,P <0. 05);两组人群获取口腔保健知识的主要途径前三位依次是口腔专业人员、书籍报纸电视、短信微信网络媒体。[结论]育龄期非口腔专业医护人员掌握较好的口腔保健常识,与门诊患者相比能掌握更多的口腔清洁措施,但每年定期口腔检查、刷牙出血或牙齿不适就诊率低。应加强对育龄期非口腔专业医护人员口腔保健知识的宣传教育和口腔保健行为、就医习惯的指导。
Objective To understand the status of oral health knowledge,attitudes and behavioral habits of non-oral health professionals in childbearing age. Methods The self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate oral health knowledge,attitudes and behaviors of non-oral health professionals in childbearing age,comparison of female patients of childbearing age who were treated in oral clinic this hospital. Results There were 123 non-oral medical professionals in childbearing age,and 166 outpatients in this survey. Total awareness rate of oral health knowledge among non-oral professional medical staff and outpatient in childbearing age was 87. 0% and 72. 6% respectively,there was statistically significant in the difference( χ~2= 193. 297,P < 0. 05). Two groups of people had positive attitude on oral health care. There was statistically significant in total behavior habit difference of oral health care between on-oral medical professionals in childbearing age and outpatients( t = 7. 874,P < 0. 05). The front three main route of two groups who got oral health knowledge were oral professional,book,newspaper and television,message,WeChat and network media. Conclusions Non-oral professional medical staff in childbearing age have mastered oral health knowledge well,they can master more oral cleaning measures than outpatients. However,outpatient rate of annual oral regular intervals examination,bleeding in blush teeth and teeth discomfort is low. It needs to strengthen publicity and education,oral health care behaviors and guidance of seeing doctor habit for non-oral medical professionals in childbearing age.
