张力带丝线+带孔髌骨针治疗内踝骨折的应用效果

摘要
目的研究张力带丝线+带孔髌骨针治疗内踝骨折。方法选取我院2017年1月～2018年1月收治内踝骨折患者60例,按简单随机法分为观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组采用张力带钢丝结合克氏针手术治疗,观察组采用张力带丝线结合带孔髌骨针手术治疗,两组患者均随访4个月。统计两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间、切口愈合时间、术后踝关节活动度(背屈角度及跖屈角度),采用Baired踝关节评分系统(BBS)评估两组患者踝关节功能。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间、切口愈合时间及术后踝关节活动度与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组踝关节BBS各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论采用张力带丝线+带孔髌骨针治疗内踝骨折患者术后踝关节功能恢复更好。
Objective To study the treatment of medial malleolus fractures with tension-band silk thread combined with perforated patellar needle. Methods 60 patients with medial malleolus fractures who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected. According to simple random method, they were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given surgical treatment with tension-band silk thread combined with Kirschner wire while the observation group was given surgical treatment with tension-band silk thread combined with perforated patellar needle. The operative time,intraoperative blood loss, fracture healing time, incision healing time and postoperative ankle joint motion(dorsiflexion angle and plantar flexion angle) were recorded in the two groups. The Baired ankle scoring system(BBS) was used to evaluate the ankle joint function in the two groups. Results There were differences in operation time, intraoperative blood loss, fracture healing time, incision healing time and postoperative ankle joint motion between the observation group and the control group. The differences were significantly different(P < 0.05). The BBS scores of the ankle joints in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. The differences were significantly different(P < 0.05). Conclusion Tension-band silk thread combined with perforated patellar needle in treatment of patients with medial malleolus fractures has better recovery of ankle joint function.
