以“逆陷、散郁”补充八纲的设想

摘要
八纲包罗病位、病性等,故大体可赅诸证。然八纲不尽完美,因其疏漏病势(即病证动态之势),如上逆、下陷、外散、内郁,即文章所谓"逆陷、散郁"。而因气推动之功,故气机乖和,随之亦有阴、血等出现升降之机之变,故"逆陷、散郁"非仅指气机失和。且临证确有仅凭八纲无以诠释之证,故基于"升降出入,无器不有"之事实与八纲之疏漏,文章提出以"逆陷、散郁"四证进行补充,并从八纲源流、局限、发挥与"逆陷、散郁"理论滥觞、析释等方面进行考究,希冀藉此强化八纲的辨证纲领作用。
The eight principles including location and nature of disease and can be applied to most disease, however,there is also some defect of eight principle because it does not involve the dynamic trend shown in the disease, such as ‘rising,sinking, outward, inward' discussed in this article. Because of the activating function of qi, so when qi activity is abnormal,there will be abnormality in the lowing and lifting of blood and yin, therefore rising and sinking, outward and inward do not only indicate disharmony of qi. There are some clinical diseases can't be explained only by the eight principal, so according to the saying ‘Everything can go up and down, come in and go out' and defect of eight principles, this paper put forward the idea of enriching eight principles with ‘rising, sinking, outward, inward', and studied it from the aspects of origin, limitation and development of the eight principles, origin and analysis of ‘rising, sinking, outward, inward', hoping that this could strengthen the guiding role of eight principles in treatment based on syndrome differentiation.
