摘要
为了研究作物根系分泌物邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)对玉米的化感作用,采用不同浓度的DBP对玉米种子进行处理,研究DBP对玉米种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,当DBP浓度为0.01~0.1 mmol/L时,随着DBP浓度的增加,玉米种子发芽率、发芽势、根长、苗高和苗鲜质量以及化感效应敏感指数和化感综合效应指数均逐渐增加,且SOD和APX活性均显著高于不添加DBP的对照,DBP对玉米生长表现出促进作用,但POD活性逐渐下降。当DBP浓度为0.5~4 mmol/L时,随着DBP浓度的增加,玉米种子发芽率、发芽势、根长、苗高和苗鲜质量以及化感效应敏感指数和化感综合效应指数均逐渐下降,且SOD和APX活性均逐渐下降,DBP对玉米生长总体表现出抑制作用,但POD被激活,其活性呈上升趋势。综上,当田间作物根系分泌物DBP浓度低于0.1 mmol/L时,对玉米生长表现出促进作用,适合与玉米轮作种植。
        To study the allelopathy of plant root exudate dibutyl phthalate(DBP)on maize,maize seeds were treated with different concentrations of DBP,and the changes of seed germination and seedling growth were studied.The results showed that when the concentration of DBP was 0.01—0.1 mmol/L,with the increase of DBP concentration,maize seed germination rate,germination vigor,root length,seedling height,seedling fresh weight,allelopathy sensitivity index and allelopathy comprehensive index all gradually increased;APX and SOD activities were significantly higher than those of control,and there was promotive effect of DBP on growth of maize;POD activity gradually decreased.When the concentration of DBP was 0.5—4 mmol/L,with the increase of DBP concentration,maize seed germination rate,germination vigor,root length,seedling height,seedling fresh weight,allelopathy sensitivity index and allelopathy comprehensive index all gradually decreased;the activities of SOD and APX gradually declined,and there was inhibition effect of DBP on growth of maize;POD was activated,and its activity gradually increased.In summary,when the DBP concentration of crop root exudates was less than 0.1 mmol/L in field,there was promotive effect of DBP on growth of maize,which was suitable for rotation with maize.
