如何在本科低年级医学生中行之有效地开展早期科研实践

摘要
许多医学院校都在本科低年级医学生中开展了早期科研实践活动,以便能尽早地让学生形成科研思维,从而达到养成科研素养的目的。但是如何能够行之有效地在本科低年级医学生中达到这一目标仍有待研究。笔者在本文中详细分析了我国在本科低年级医学生中开展早期科研实践的优势和劣势。通过总结几年来对本科低年级医学生科研实践指导的经验和心得,认为通过以下方式能够帮助指导教师在本科低年级医学生中开展行之有效的早期科研实践:(1)以小团队形式进行科研训练。(2)在科研训练中学生与教师之间积极有效地沟通。(3)在科研训练中针对本科低年级学生的特点给与不同的训练侧重点。
Many universities have carried out early scientific research practice among junior medical students,so as to enable students to form scientific research thinking. But how can be effective for the lower grades of medical students to achieve this goal?In this paper,the author analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of carrying out early scientific research practice in junior medical students in China. At the same time,due to these advantages and disadvantages and experience of scientific research and practice guidance for junior medical students in recent years,the author summarizes three points to help guide the teachers in the early stages of the undergraduate course in junior medical students to carry out effective research and practice:(1) in the form of a small team of scientific research training,(2) the students and the teacher's positive and effective communication in the research training,(3) give different training focus according to the characteristics of lower grade students.
