江育仁教授辨证论治小儿肺炎经验

摘要
总结了江育仁教授辨证论治小儿肺炎的经验,可用以指导临床,提高疗效。分别从病因病机、诊断依据、分类证治等方面进行论述,并举相关医案以验证。江育仁教授将小儿肺炎分常证和变证治疗,常证以宣肺定喘、清热化痰为治疗大法,变证则根据病情变化,灵活施治,为小儿肺炎的诊治提供了全面的视角,体现了中医学辨证论治的精髓。
This paper summarizes professor JIANG Yuren's experience in syndrome differentiation and treatment for infantile pneumonia,aiming at guiding the clinical practice and improving the curative effect.It discusses from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis,diagnosis, classification of syndrome differentiation and treatment,attached with related medical records for verification.Professor JIANG Yuren divides the infantile pneumonia into treatment for commonly-encountered cases and deteriorated cases.The treatment methods of the former are dispersing lung to relieve asthma as well as clearing away heat to resolve phlegm,while those of the latter are treating flexibly according to the progress of the disease,which not only provides a comprehensive perspective for the diagnosis and treatment for infantile pneumonia,but also reflects the essence of syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
