摘要

电力事业不断取得新的进步,电网规模越来越大,供电容量和质量都越来越高,但在电网实际运行的过程中,仍然存在着一定的问题,例如变电运行的过程中,安全事故频率略高,给电力系统的安全、有序、稳定运行造成了很大的影响。
        Electric utilities continue to make new progress,the scale of the grid and the power supply capacity and quality are also increasing, but in the course of the actual operation of the power grid, there are still some problems, for instance,in the process of substation running, the frequency of accidents is slightly high, which cause a great impact to the safty,order and stable operation of power system.
