中药熏洗联合塞来昔布治疗踝骨关节炎40例临床观察

摘要
目的:观察中药熏洗联合塞来昔布治疗踝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将80例踝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。对照组口服塞来昔布,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用院内制剂下肢洗伤方熏洗。2组均以2周为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。观察2组临床疗效和治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、美国矫形外科足踝协会(AOFAS)踝-后足评分,以及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组优13例,良19例,中6例,差2例,优良率为80.00%,总有效率为95.00%;对照组优8例,良17例,中9例,差7例,优良率为62.50%,总有效率为85.00%。2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,2组患者VAS评分、AOFAS评分均明显改善(P <0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P <0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:中药熏洗联合塞来昔布治疗踝骨关节炎具有较好的疗效。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of fumigation and washing with traditional Chinese medicine combined with celecoxib in the treatment of ankle osteoarthritis.Methods:Eighty patients with ankle osteoarthritis were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given celecoxib orally,while the treatment group was required to wash and fumigate the lower limbs with hospital-made preparation based on the treatment for the control group.Two groups were treated with 2 weeks as a course,2 courses of treatment.The clinical effi cacy,VAS,AOFAS ankle-hind foot score and adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment.Results:In the treatment group,13 cases were excellent,19 cases were good,6 cases were at intermediate level,2 cases were not good.The excellent and good rate was 80.00%,and the total effective rate was 95.00%.In the control group,8 cases were excellent,17 cases were good,9 cases were at intermediate level,7 cases were not good.The excellent and good rate was 62.50%,and the total effective rate was 85.00%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).After treatment,the VAS and AOFAS score of the two groups were significantly improved(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion:Fumigation and washing with traditional Chinese medicine combined with celecoxib is effective in the treatment of ankle osteoarthritis.
