摘要

文章首先根据价格形成机制和政策法规,针对不同省市不同行业的建设单位管理费取费模式进行了梳理与讨论;然后,通过网上调查、实地调研和专家采访等方式,获得了广东省高速公路工程项目建设单位管理费大量基础数据,在对实际调研数据分析的基础上,对广东省高速公路工程建设单位管理费的成本构成和影响因素展开了讨论;最后引入地区类别差异系数和工程复杂度系数对建设单位管理费的取费公式进行了调整和优化,并提出了相应的费用管理和控制建议。
        Firstly, according to the price formation mechanism and policies and regulations, this paper analyzes and discusses the management fee collection modes of construction units in different provinces and municipalities, and then obtains a large number of basic data of management fees of construction units in Guangdong Province’s expressway projects by means of online investigation, field investigation and expert interviews. Based on the analysis of actual investigation data, the cost composition and influencing factors of management fees of expressway construction units in Guangdong Province are discussed. Finally, the regional category difference coefficient and engineering complexity coefficient are introduced to adjust and optimize the charging formula of management fees of construction units, and the corresponding fee management and control suggestions are put forward.
