摘要

柔性制造作为智能制造的重要组成部分,将成为二十一世纪汽车制造企业的主要生产模式。本文通过对柔性制造发展过程阐释及汽车柔性制造转型的必要性分析,基于以数字化为核心、自动化为基础的"两化"管理体系融合贯标,提出打造汽车制造企业柔性制造能力的建设思路及落地路径。
        Flexible manufacturing,as an important part of intelligent manufacturing,will become the main production mode of automobile manufacturing enterprises in the 21st century. Based on the explanation of the development process of flexible manufacturing and the analysis of the necessity of the transformation of flexible manufacturing of automobiles,this paper raises the unified management system of "two modernizations" based on digitalization and automation,and puts forward the train of thought and landing path of building the flexible manufacturing capacity of automobile manufacturing enterprises.
