摘要
为了改善燃气发生器流量调节控制系统的性能,建立了系统的数学模型。针对系统具有较强的非线性和时变性的特点,引入模糊-PI双模控制器对燃气发生器内压强闭环控制,在系统偏差较大时采用模糊控制器,以获得良好的瞬态性能;在系统偏差较小时采用PI控制器,以获得良好的稳态性能。仿真结果表明:模糊-PI双模控制器集模糊控制器与经典PI控制器的优点于一身,在不同的工作状况下具有响应速度快、超调量低、鲁棒性好、抗干扰能力强等优点,相比于经典PI控制器响应时间最高可缩短4.11s,超调量最多减小约4.5倍,提高了燃气流量调节系统的控制精度。
        In order to improve the performance of gas generator flow regulation control system,mathematical model was established on the basis of this system. According to analysis,it was proved that the system has the performance with strong non-linear and time-varying characteristics. The Fuzzy-PI dual mode controller was introduced to control the pressure inside of the gas generator. When the system error is serious,Fuzzy controller starts to work to obtain good transient performance. PI controller will be used the other way to achieve favorable steady performance. Simulation results show that the innovative controller integrates the advantages of Fuzzy controller and classic PI controller. In different circumstances,the Fuzzy-PI dual mode controller is in possession of quicker respond,lower overshoot,stronger robustness and better anti-interference performance. Compared with the classic PI controller,the response time can be shortened about 4.11 s,with the overshoot decreased by about4.5 times. Hence,the control accuracy of gas flow regulation system is improved.
