栀子豉汤回流提取工艺的优化

摘要
目的优化栀子豉汤回流提取工艺。方法以料液比、提取时间、提取次数为影响因素,京尼平-1-β-龙胆苷、栀子苷、大豆苷、染料木苷含有量为评价指标,响应面法优化提取工艺。结果最佳条件为料液比1∶10,提取时间2h,提取次数2次,京尼平-1-β-龙胆苷、栀子苷、大豆苷、染料木苷含有量分别为0.749、3.246、0.055、0.047 mg/g。结论该方法稳定可靠,可用于回流提取栀子豉汤
