摘要

分析了研究生的核心竞争力主要因素,针对我校轮机工程研究生的核心竞争力面临的问题,研究分析认为可重点从培养具有多学科知识的复合型人才,提高学生强烈的学习兴趣与踏实的工作态度,训练学生系统的思维方式等上面下功夫。培养模式上可采用校企合作培养模式和中外合作办学模式。
        The factors of core competitiveness in marine engine engineering disciplinegraduate students for ship building discipline were discussed.In order to elevate this core competitiveness,the graduate students may becomplex types of personnel with multidisciplinary knowledge,andhaving strong study interest and system thinking way,and steadfast integrity of the work attitude.The mode of school-enterprise cooperation personnel training and Chinese and foreign cooperation in running schools may be used.
