脑脊液分析+核磁共振成像对中枢神经系统感染鉴别诊断的价值研究

摘要
目的探讨脑脊液分析+核磁共振成像对中枢神经系统感染鉴别诊断的价值。方法随机选取我院在2016年2月-2018年2月就诊的中枢神经系统感染患者共100例作为研究组,同时选取同期在我院就诊的100例头痛患者作为对照组,研究分析两组患者的MRI阳性率,LDH、CK、LA检查结果。结果研究组的MRI阳性率较对照组差异有统计学意义,(95.00%VS 5.00%,P<0.05);两组患者的LDH、CK、LA水平对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑脊液分析+核磁共振成像在中枢神经系统感染中具有突出的诊断意义,有助于鉴别患者的患病类型,为临床医师对患者实行治疗方案提供了可靠的依据。
        Objective To explore the value of cerebrospinal fluid analysis+magnetic resonance imaging in the differential diagnosis of central nervous system infection.Methods A total of 100 patients with central nervous system infection who were treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were randomly selected as the study group.One hundred patients with headaches who were treated in our hospital at the same time were selected as the control group.MRI positive rate,LDH,CK,LA test results.Results The MRI positive rate of the study group was statistically significant compared with the control group(95.00% vs 5.00%,P<0.05).The levels of LDH,CK and LA in the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cerebrospinal fluid analysis + magnetic resonance imaging has a prominent diagnostic significance in central nervous system infection,which helps to identify the type of disease in patients,and provides a reliable basis for clinicians to implement treatment plans for patients.
