<正>1概况湿疹(eczema)是由多种内、外因素引起的真皮浅层及表皮炎症。根据病程和临床特点可分为急性、亚急性和慢性湿疹。急性期皮损以丘疱疹为主,有渗出倾向,慢性期以苔藓样变为主,易反复发作[1]。湿疹发生在婴儿阶段,称为婴儿湿疹(infan-tile eczema)。湿疹的发病机制尚不明确,目前多认为是多种内外因素综合作用的结果。免疫性机制
