摘要

目的:规范护理资料在稳固护理管理基础中的作用和管理办法。方法:回顾性分析2011~2014年我院规范护理资料管理后的新上任护理人员失误事件、护患纠纷发生次数、患者满意度和医生/护士满意度并与2007~2010年我院未规范护理资料管理进行对比。结果:2011~2014年实施规范资料管理后护理人员的相关指标评估结果明显优于2007~2010年,P<0.05。结论:规范护理资料提高了护理人员的管理水平,提供护理工作的新模式,为维护护患关系建立了保障。
        Objective: To standardize the nursing data in a solid way to function and management foundation in nursing management. Methods: A retrospective analysis of our hospital from 2011~2014 to standardize nursing data management after the new failure events,nursing staff nurse patient dispute frequency,satisfaction of patients and doctors/nurses' satisfaction and 2007~2010 in our hospital were compared not standardized nursing data management. Results: 2011~2014 the implementation of standardized management of nursing personnel related information after the assessment result is obviously better than that of 2007~2010,P<0.05. Conclusion: Standardizing the nursing data to improve the nurse management level,providing a new model of nursing work,for the maintenance of nurse patient relationship established security.
