摘要
本文通过对航天机电伺服系统产品的系列化和产品化分析,开展了航天机电伺服系统的系列化、产品化体系研究,完成了机电伺服产品型谱建设、多角度多维度货架平台研究与建设、通用产品式组件的通用设计准则研究与建设,以及产品综合试验方法与平台建设;便于进一步提高航天机电伺服系统产品的系列化和产品化进程,同时便于跨领域产品应用拓展。通过关键技术研究和实际应用技术研究,以产品、专业为主线对设计、工艺、生产、试验进行产研一体化的整合,以快速提高研发能力和产品配套能力、缩短研制周期和提高成熟度为目的,大大提高航天机电伺服产品的研制进程和产品质量一致性。
        According to the analysis and study of the Product Serialization and Productization of the Aerospace Electromechanical Servo System,the paper researched the Electromechanical Servo System product spectrum;multiangle and multidimension Platform;the universal product-oriented component design criteria;the comprehensive method and platform construction.The research aimed to increase the Product Serialization and Productization process of the Aerospace Electromechanical Servo System,and realize the cross-domain application development.Based on the key technology and the application study,the production and research integration is developed by the design,process,produce and test management,to improve the development ability and product matching capacity rapidly,shorten the development cycle,raise the achievement maturity degree,accelerate the engineering system development pattern and ensure the product quality conformance greatly.
