摘要
通过一种远程排放管理车载终端和在线监控平台实现了对重型汽车整车的排放监控,利用远程排放管理车载终端获取的整车信息、动力系统数据、OBD信息与ECU信息进行了数据一致性对比;并对通过CVS全流排放分析仪获取的整车NOx排放瞬时值与通过远程排放管理车载终端获取的NOx排放瞬时值进行了相关性分析。分析表明,通过远程排放管理车载终端获取的车速、燃油消耗量及NOx排放值与试验测得的数据一致性较好,均能满足重型车国Ⅵ排放标准要求。
The monitoring of the emissions from heavy duty vehicles is realized by Remote Emission Management Vehicle Terminals(REMVT) and the on-line monitoring platform. The vehicle information,power system data and OBD information obtained via REMVT is compared with the ECU information. And the vehicle NOxemission measured by the CVS full-flow analyzer which is used to obtain instantaneous value is compared with the instantaneous value of the NOxemission obtained by REMVT. Correlation analysis shows that the instantaneous values of vehicle speed, fuel consumption rate and NOxemission obtained by REMVT are more relevant to CVS test results, which can meet the requirements of the China VI emission standard for heavy-duty vehicles.
