基于响应曲面法的深孔加工圆度误差分析

摘要
圆度误差是衡量深孔加工质量的重要标准,为了提升加工质量,通过分析加工参数对圆度的影响进行试验研究,并根据响应曲面法,拟合圆度误差与各因素的关系方程,建立合理的预测模型,确定最优加工参数组合。在试验结论的基础上,借助液压机械无级变速器改进机床,使机床处于最佳工作状态,为枪钻加工圆度的研究和改进提供新思路。
        Roundness error is an important criterion to measure the quality of deep hole machining.In order to improve the processing quality and optimize the processing parameters,the influence of processing parameters on the roundness is studied experimentally,and the roundness error and various factors are fitted according to the response surface method.Relational equations,establishing a reasonable prediction model,and determine the optimal combination of processing parameters.Based on the conclusion of the test,the machine tool can be used to improve the machine tool with the hydraulic mechanical continuously variable transmission,which is the best working condition for the machine tool.Providing a new ideas for the research and improvement of the roundness of gun drilling.
