摘要
按照循环流化床脱硫塔的实际尺寸和工作指数,利用数值模拟软件Fluent,模拟其内部的气相流场,发现了脱硫塔内存在着流场不均匀性,并提出多种改造方案进行优化与比较。研究分析表明:改变文丘里管径,加装导流板(竖直导流板,斜导流板或弯曲导流板)能使流场内气流组织均匀;并对不同优化方案的利弊做了相应分析,最后确定加装竖直导流板为最优方案。
        According to the actual size and working index of the circulating fluidized bed desulfurization tower,the research used the numerical simulation software Fluent to simulate the interior gas phase flow field,and found that the flow field was non-uniformity in the desulfurization tower,then compared and analyzed a variety of optimization schemes.The research and analysis show that changing the diameter of the venturi tubes or the installation of guide plates including the vertical guide plates,inclined guide plates or bend guide plates can make air distribution uniform in the flow field.This article also analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the different optimization schemes,and finally determines that the installation of vertical guide plates is the optimal solution.
