摘要
介绍150 t LF炉深脱硫工艺的试验过程,通过对试验过程的数据整理,分析150 t LF炉深脱硫试验过程中操控的难点及不足,结合LF炉脱硫过程中热力学与动力学条件,总结出150 t LF炉深脱硫工艺:转炉粗钢w(S)≤0.005%;脱硫温度≥1 612℃;造渣料添加石灰13.13 kg/t钢,精炼剂3 kg/t钢,萤石0.88 kg/t钢;脱硫前钢中铝质量分数控制在0.031%~0.047%;碱度R为5.0左右;在条件允许的前提下尽可能提高搅拌强度,推荐氩气流量850 L/min。冶炼产品中硫质量分数控制在0.000 5%以下,达到超低硫钢冶炼要求。
The test process of deep desulfurization process in 150 t LF furnace is introduced. By sorting out the data of the test process, the difficulties and shortcomings of the operation in the deep desulfurization test of 150 t LF furnace are analyzed. Combined with the thermodynamic and dynamic conditions of the desulfurization process of LF furnace, the deep desulfurization process of 150 t LF furnace is summarized: Converter crude steel w(S)≤0.005%; Desulfurization temperature≥1 612 ℃; The addition of lime is 13.13 kg/t, refining agent is 3 kg/t, fluorite is 0.88 kg/t. Before desulfurization, the mass fraction of aluminium in steel is controlled 0.031%~0.047%. Alkalinity R is about 5.0. Increasing stirring intensity as much as possible and recommending argon flow rate of 850 L/min. The sulphur mass fraction in smelting products is controlled below 0.000 5%, which meets the smelting requirement of ultra-low sulphur steel.
