摘要
本实验采用控制p H值的自由基低聚法聚合了丙烯酸钠低聚物:用丙烯酸为单体、过硫酸钾为引发剂、月桂硫醇为链转移剂、碳酸钠为p H调节剂和聚合控制剂。用红外光谱法对合成产物进行表征,得到了聚丙烯酸钠;用GPC对聚合产物的数均相对分子质量进行了表征,得到了聚合度为7和8的丙烯酸钠低聚物;对丙烯酸钠低聚物进行热重分析,说明其耐热性达到400℃。按国家标准(GB/T 16632—2008)对阻垢性能进行了测试,当丙烯酸钠低聚物的浓度为1.00 g/L时,阻垢率达到97%以上。
In this experiment,the sodium polyacrylate oligomer is synthesized with the method of free radical oligomered by controlling p H: acrylic acid as a monomers,potassium persulfate as the initiator,n- dodecyl mercaptan as chain transfer agent,sodium carbonate as p H control agent and oligomer telogen. The synthetic products were characterized by the IR,proved that it was sodium polyacrylate; and the number- average molecular weight of the sodium polyacrylate was measured by the GPC,proved the degree of polymerization is 7 and 8; and the thermogravimeter proved that its thermostability is400℃. According to national standards( GB / T16632- 2008) testing scale inhibitive performance: when the amount of the sodium polyacrylate oligomer is 1. 00 g·L- 1,the inhibition rate reached over 97%.
