能源与动力工程专业英语教学改革探究

摘要
专业英语课程为能源与动力工程专业的必修课程之一,其主要任务为培养学生具有较强的英文专业文献阅读能力以及一定的翻译能力,使学生能以英语为工具获取专业所需的知识和信息。目前该门课程存在教学方法落后、教学内容更新缓慢以及课程考核形式单一等问题。我们通过采用翻转课堂、多媒体等新型教学手段,结合国际合作教学及形成性评价考核体系,提升课程的教学质量。
Specialized English course is one of the compulsory courses for energy and power engineering majors, whose main task is to cultivate students' reading ability of English literature and certain translation ability, so that students can use English as a tool to obtain the knowledge and information required by their specialty. At present, there are some problems in this course, such as undeveloped teaching methods, slow updating of teaching content and monotonous form of assessment. Therefore, new teaching methods such as flipping classroom and multimedia are adopted to improve the quality of teaching, combined with international cooperation in teaching and formative assessment system.
