摘要
目的:探讨采取案例教学结合健康宣教提升妇产科临床教学效果。方法:以前来我院实习的106例学生作为研究对象,将所有学生随机分作2批各53例,分别归入研究组、对照组,两组均予以健康宣教,研究组在教学中增添案例教学法,统计两组成绩,并调查实习生对临床教学效果评分,调查学生对临床教学的满意度。结果:研究组理论、实操成绩均高于对照组,P<0.05;研究组实习生的理论联系实际效果、临床思维能力效果、临床实践能力效果、激发学习兴趣效果等评分均高于对照组,P<0.05;研究组对教学满意度高达94.34%,远高于对照组79.25%,P<0.05。结论:将案例融入到妇产科临床教学中,联合健康宣教,能够有效提升教学质量,帮助学生深入掌握各项理论、实操知识。
        Object ive: To explore the effect of case teaching combined with health education in the clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology. Methods: 106 students who came to our hospital for internship were selected as research subjects.All the students were randomly divided into two groups of 53 cases, which were classified into the research group and the control group. The two groups were given health education.Case teaching was added in the teaching of the research group.The statistics of the results of the two groups was made, and the survey of the interns' scores for the clinical teaching results was conducted, in order to learn about the students' satisfaction with clinical teaching. Results: The theoretical and practical results of the research group were higher than those of the control group, P<0.05. The effects of theory-practice combination,clinical thinking ability, clinical practice ability, and stimulation of learning interest of the interns in the research group were higher than those of the control group, P<0.05. The satisfaction rate of the research group was as high as 94.34%, which was much higher than that of the control group(79.25%, P<0.05). Conclusion: Integrating cases into the clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology, combined with health education,can effectively improve the quality of teaching and help students to master various theoretical and practical knowledge.
